Disclaimers, terms & kit safety

1. Educational purpose only
CertaProva provides educational and exam-preparation services. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, clinical instruction for use on real patients, or a substitute for supervised clinical training required by an employer or state.
2. No affiliation with certifying bodies
CertaProva is an independent education provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by American Medical Technologists (AMT), the National Healthcareer Association (NHA), or the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT). RMA, CCMA, and NCMA are credentials administered solely by their respective organizations, and all certification names and marks are the property of their owners.
3. No certification or eligibility guarantee
Completing this program does not guarantee that you will pass any certification exam or that you will be deemed eligible to sit for one. Eligibility requirements are set exclusively by each certifying body and may change; verify current requirements directly with the certifying body before enrolling.
4. No employment guarantee
We make no representation or guarantee of employment, wage level, or career advancement as a result of completing this program.
5. Clinical Skills Kit — safety requirements
The Clinical Skills Kit is for training use only. All needle and sharps-related skills must be practiced exclusively on the included simulator pads and devices — never on yourself or any other person or animal. Keep all kit contents away from children. Dispose of any used simulator sharps in a rigid, puncture-resistant container per local regulations. A printed safety insert ships with every kit; read it fully before opening any components.
6. Scope of practice
Skills taught in this program may be outside the permitted scope of practice for medical assistants in your state, or may require additional credentialing to perform in employment. You are responsible for knowing and complying with your state's laws.
7. Evaluator services
Skills demonstrations and case studies are reviewed by independent contractor evaluators holding active, verified credentials. Evaluations assess performance against the published rubric for educational purposes only and do not constitute professional licensure, clinical sign-off, or competency verification for any employer or regulator.
8. AI features
The AI study coach generates automated explanations and may contain errors. It is a study aid, not an authority; it does not grade assessments, and it never replaces evaluator review. Do not rely on AI output for clinical decisions of any kind.
9. Privacy & academic integrity
Skills videos must not contain real patient information. Sharing, posting, or soliciting exam content is prohibited, monitored, and grounds for dismissal from the program without refund, consistent with the academic integrity policy and certifying bodies' exam security rules.
10. Refunds & access
Tuition covers digital access for the period stated in your tier plus included evaluation services and, where applicable, one Clinical Skills Kit. Refund requests are honored within 14 days of purchase provided no more than one module exam has been attempted, and the Clinical Skills Kit, if it was shipped, is returned unopened. To cancel, email support with your name and order; we respond within 3 business days. Access ends at the conclusion of your tier's access period.
